Valencia coach wants to go all the way

Valencia coach Unai Emery admits his side are firmly focused on winning the Europa League after dispatching Premier League team Stoke City. Los Che booked their place in the last 16 with a 1-0 second-leg victory over the English outfit, giving them a 2-0 aggregate success. Now Emery admits that they are looking ahead, and they already know they will face Dutch giants PSV Eindhoven in the next round. "In this competition, while it has its detractors, we want to win this like we did a few years ago," said Emery. "We know it will be tough with opponents such as PSV, as well as the likes of Manchester United and City. "We give out a clear message, we are excited to be playing, we want to go as far as we can get. "We have gone out of the Champions League, but we have this tournament to look forward too." Emery admitted that Stoke did provide tough competition, adding: "We have played a tough match, they gave us hard games. "We had control of the match, but it was not easy." The Spaniard also praised the massed ranks of visiting fans, saying: "I was very surprised at all the fans who came over and were 100 per cent behind their team. That's something to admire."
